By purchasing an item advertised on this website and /or by completing the subscription process to become a member of Beauty of Action, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Beauty of Action at its discretion may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately.
The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the laws of Australia.
By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Seller
The seller Beauty of Action is an independent representative of Ariix International (ARIIX ID # 6149647) and acts in accordance to its contract obligations as set out in the agreement.
Claims Made
At no stage do products offered for sale by Beauty of Action as an independent representative of ARIIX international, heal, treat, or cure illness, disease or medical diagnosis.

All content on this site remains the property of Beauty of Action, or its suppliers, including text, icons, graphics, etc. and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.
Confirmation of Order
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Beauty of Action. If an order is not accepted by us a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Beauty of Action reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
Payment & Shipping
Beauty of Action is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Beauty of Action may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
Shipping of products is carried out through contracted courier companies, and we recommend Signature on Delivery on all orders to minimise lost/theft and misplacement of products. Should a customer choose Authority to Leave as an option then they take on full responsibility and risk of delivery.
Purchase of Goods
Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

Return Policy
If a product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from its description/sample you can return it back to us for a full refund or exchange, as long as you have valid proof of purchase.
If you have simply purchased a wrong product, let us know within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will gladly provide you with an exchange or store credit (freight charges not included). Returned items must be sent back unopened and unused.

We do not exchange or store credit where a product has been misused or damaged by you.
Beauty of Action’s returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act and similar laws.
