Elite experience: I started taking Elite the day it arrived which was the 17th of October 2015. It just so happens that it timed with my first day back at the gym after finally recovering from breaking my foot.
When I do gym, I leave nothing in the tank, so muscle fatigue and extreme soreness (cant sit on the loo) are normally common place; especially after an extended break.
First really noticeable benefit was absolutely no muscle soreness or stiffness. My recovery is as if I’ve not trained at all. I also have not been able to run (I love running) for about 2 years without experiencing knee ache. No lunging, limited squats and coming downstairs I had to turn sideways. The pain has completely disappeared. I’m back to running again with no ache, I can walk down stairs without any pain and I can squat, lunging I’m not so keen to get back into!
Second noticeable (and completely unexpected) benefit – no allergies. I am a long time (all my life) sufferer of allergies. I have pretty much taken an anti histamine tablet everyday dating back to childhood. This only keeps it at bay because in spite of the tablets I still suffered regularly from attacks. 2 weeks after I started on Elite I noticed that I hadn’t sneezed, nor had I even thought about a tablet. This has never been the case for me, my allergies would set in for days at a time, so I am really feeling such amazing relief and freedom from something that has dominated such a great deal of my life.
I also feel calm, really calm. As a stressed out tired business owner, calm is not normal either. I cant believe the difference this one little sachet has made to my life, I am truly changed by it. Please feel free to share!
