I just had to share the amazing results I have had with elite after just 5 Days.

Firstly I suffer from anxiety and have difficulty with sleep. That is falling to sleep and staying asleep… it was not unusual for me to spend several hours awake at night playing Candy Crush!

Wow! Just one small change has changed my life in just 11 weeks!

I have gone from hardly sleeping to enjoying a lovely deep sleep. Now I have fallen in love with my bed again.

I have taken up regular morning walks again with my gorgeous Mum (who I might add is 81 years of age – There is another story to be told here)

I work in an office during the day and by 2pm I used to have very bad brain fog and virtually hit the wall from being so tired. I can now keep on working till I am asked if I am going to go home!

That one change I made? ELITE! Elite has now become my best friend. No longer filling my body with pain killers or anti-inflammatory pills.

UPDATED 27 November 2018 – It has now been over 2 years since I started on Elite. In that time, I have had perhaps 2 migraines. I still have absolutely no pain when I get up out of bed first thing. My IBS is still under control. My sleep is so deep and very restful. I absolutely will NEVER give up something that works.

Would I recommend Elite to anyone? HELL YES!!
